Empty promises

<p>I contacted Bestmed call centre to query a claim. I spoke to Sibusiso ref number 207681. The call took approx 30 minutes and Sibusiso was unable to explain the claim to me. He promised to phone me back in 2 hours. This never happened. I suggest Bestmed go and listen to my conversation and then phone me to appologise and give me the explanation I require.</p>
