dont do reinburstments with bestmed or take someone to the dont do reinburstments

They keep on making excuses i had to take my son to the emergency service they did not cover and said on my statement its a out of network doctor and i need to submit a reinburstment form that i did after two weeks i phone and they said they did not receive the form even thow they have sent me a ref nr back i the sent the form i again and when i phoned to day they said they dont do reinburstments on out of network doctors but on my statement it said i must full in the form and according to them you may use a netcare hospital but dont .they wont pay you money back. they just want to take it every month and when it comes time pay something they dont pay all of it or dont even pay at all
