Do not waste your hard earned money on this so called "Medical Aid"

On numerous occasions they have declined benefits in and out of hospital. There's been so many changes to the same plan in the last 5 years that almost nothing is being covered anymore. And yet, every year they are quick to send emails with the next price increase. When a doctor and specialist refer you to theater to get surgery as you are in extreme pain and they are unable to help you without getting surgery, don't expect Bestmed to help. All they care about is money. You have to call 5 times to try and speak to someone that can give you a proper answer or you wait weeks for a reply on emails. I will do my best to get all my friends and family members off this "Medical Aid" as soon as possible. I've spent thousands and thousands and got NOTHING in return!
