Do NOT use Bestmed Medical Aid, they do not care about customer service

Bestmed started off as an excellent medical aid but lately their service is just PATHETIC. Today I was contacted by Clicks and told that out of the blue, Bestmed is demanding a co-payment of R 60 for each of my 2 chronic medication. I have received NO notification from Bestmed. Then I went on their Whatsapp page and all the options was in Dutch, I do not speak Dutch. The person I chatted to Whatsapp told me that the problem must be on my side. I am sick of being treated with disrespect.
