Do no believe them, they do not have the members best interest at heart

<p>This year was just troubles from the start with Bestmed, they are good as long as you are single but if you have a family they are just the worst.</p> <p>Firstly they do not abide by the rules that they set on paper for themselves and secondly they just outright do not know how to administer a scheme.</p> <p>I have 2 children with ADHD. They approved the products for chronic medicines but then they take it of the other benefit limits and/or your savings account which is not according to the plan Iam on. Secondly the "Approved" medicine list shows the one type of medicine as approved but according to the Chronic medicine approval, the reason for disapproval is that it is not scheme apporved, what a f joke</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the new year is coming up and increases in the pipeline, the plan that i am on is increasing 14%!!! imagine that, all other medical aids are increasing on averge 10% with the highest 10.5%</p> <p>The increase not the worst thing, 60% of the benefits is DECREASING, but they increase premiums with 14% percent. With that type of increase the benefits should increas not decrease, i.e. the CDL list is cut from 10 conditions to 7</p> <p> </p> <p>Bestmed I will make it very publicly that you are the worst, not for members at all. If you go on like this you are going to loose a lot of members!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh yeah and furthermore they take for ever to answer your calls or even do not respond.</p>
