Dissapointed in BESTMED SERVICE DELIVERY, UNFAIR THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CLIENTS. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT ASAP

I apply to bestmed medical aid on 1/8/2020 and was a type 1 diabetes already. They send me a letter from there Medicine department on 3/8/2020 stating i can receive my novomix pens (insulin injections) from 1 August 2020 ongoing. So i got my insulin from the pharmacy last year for 3 months. On the 24th of January 2021 i went to pharmacy picking up my insulin injection and i was blocked on system without any letter or call stating theyve put me back on waiting period. I phoned them and spoke to Estie or Essie she said she will find out. I was waiting on the call, and told me SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY CHRONIC MEDICATION, I WAS SUPPOSE TO WAIT. So i emailed medicine department, Elroy Alexander and Stephanie the following day explaining the same situation. Friday Elroy phoned back asking me what is going on he was cc on the email aswell. He also said im on waiting period. I told him im taking BESTMED TO COURT because i only got a letter stating i can get my chronic insulin injection from 1/8/2020 ONGOING.

Today thw 27th of February 2021 i reveived a email stating theyve put me back on the waiting period now. No excuse, no explanation why? Im type 1 and my insuline is finish now i need to pay out of my wallet my insulin. Its dissapointing IM PAYING BESTMED R1871 IN THE MONTH. I INSULT MY ATTORNY TO SEND A LETTER TO THEM ASAP I WILL BE GOING TO NEWSPAPERS AND COURT. IM VERY VERY ANRY
