Dispute with Best med medical scheme

I received an email on the 4th November that Best med has authorized the procedure to be done at Meulmed clinic in Pretoria on the 6th of November by Prof Ngcelwane. Was admitted to the day ward at about 9H30. The operation was supposed to be done at 5H30. I went to the theater at about 5H30. The anaesthetist was there. He got a call from Prof that he is being delayed in traffic from an urgent meeting in Johannesburg. After 29 minutes Pfof called again and postponed the procedure. I was taken back to the ward. Prof came to see me the next day and after he giving me two options (1) to wait until the 9th Nov or(2) be given the Neck Brace to support the neck and spine . I opted tlo be given the Neck Brace which costs R2684.00 that my Medical aid refused to cover it. And now I am owing the hospital R6690 for the 6th and 7th Nov. My medical aid declined to pay. Could you kindly help me I tried in vain for help but my medical aid still decline
