Disappointed on the service
I spoke to Thabang on the 12/02/2024 who failed to resolve my query and said i should send an email to *** - which I did and to date no one has bothered to respond. On the 27 of November 2023 I received an email confirming new contribution amount of R 6663.00, to my surprise my contribution for Jan was R7493 and Thabang was unable to explain what transpired. I need my query resolved ASAP.

Please note that the amount of R6663.00 was confirmed by your HR/employer and not the scheme. However, this amount is incorrect, as your HR did not include the late joint penalty for your mother. There is a 50% late joint penalty imposed on your mother.
Therefore, the total contributions amount to R6663.00 plus R830.00 for the late joint penalty, making the total R7493.00.
