disappointed & disgruntled - bestmed is a dissapointment of a scheme

bestmed simply terminated my membership , when 2 months was in arrears (arrear paying client) with march still outstanding which would be paid as due at the end of march .

yet they proceed to terminate my membership backdating it to December 2024???????????

ensure this is corrected with immediate effect - this is unacceptable .
