Dependant as per divorce order denied
The court ordered that I should remain as a dependant on my x husband's medical aid at the time of divorce or any other medical aid which he may become a member of. At the time of divorce we were with Bestmed. In 2017 he left Bestmed and we became members of Bonitas. This year he decided to go back to Bestmed but they refuse to add me as a dependant on his membership. Why don't they adhere to a court order.
