Denied payment for the optometrist

As human being I have misplaced my glasses , then went to the optometrist for eye test cause my eyes are not doing well then wrote a letter to the medical to help by paying the optometrist since I have savings and can not afford the amount. But yesterday only found out that bestmed and PPN rejected my claim at this point I am not sure if their main priority is to make sure their clients are well covered or they don't look at such things. My eyes are a priority and I'm denied funds to pay the optometrist so where should I get the money to pay? My medical should worry about my well-being as their client. Not happy with the service.
