Declined claims

I have lodged a claim with the medical aid to have surgery done for myomectomy. I have submitted various information from 3 July 2015 till to date I am being told that they are claim is being declined due to lack of information. I keep on providing additional information on daily basis but still nothing. I am living with pains now every night while I wait in agony for the medical aid to approve. In all fairness the clause of one not being not in the medical aid for 12 months should not a stumbling block for one to not get approval. In addition to that one pays premiums on monthly basis to ensure that I am covered but not disappointed. I would like to know those medical officers if they can tell me on where to get treatment of myomectomy if they cannot claim. I am very disappointed in the way the matter has been handled. Overall I call the whole day but when it is about the time for them to go home they only come back to me with the details that they have declined. What am I paying the medical aid for? If they can make me understand because I don't understand now. Does a person has to die first before getting help.
