DECLINED AUTHORISATION AFTER MORE THAN A DECADE OF MEMBERSHIP

<p>im absoulutely FURIOUS!!.....ive been suffering for five years from chronic acid reflux, been taking nexiam and trustan 40mg per day, to alleviate the situation, but they having no effect. as a result of the reduced acid in the stomach for a prolonged time, a bacterial infection has set in. H PYLORI, its bad. im on 3000mg per day of antibiotics . my bed is 60 degrees in an upright position for years, not working either, and my hips hurt from the extra pressure exerted on to the matress so as not to slide off the bed, my sleep patterns are terrible, i wake up erratically to make alkaline foul tasting raw potato juice to calm down the heartburn, as i cant take anymore gaviscon or enos...they work only for 20min or so, and too much bicarbonate of soda gives me the runs and makes me nauseaus. BOTTOM LINE IS I NEED A REFLUX FUNDOPLICATION SURGERY, and sort out the hiatius hernia at the same time. now BESTMED medical scheme see it fit to refuse authorisation for this procedure, because the hernia is only 2cm in length,they only pay if its 3cm or more!!!.......i mean what the actual ********** bull****!!!...people this is wrong!!!...ive been paying BIG MONEY over more than a decade to pay for other peoples surgery , NOW THIS!!!........please help.....and make this go viral. BESTMED MEDICAL SCHEME absoulute thieving *******s!!!....take your money and dont help you when you need it most.</p>
