Debit Order gone off wrongly - Claims service up to sh*t

Bestmed is the absolute worst Medical Aid I had ever had to deal with. Earlier this year i out in a claim for when i went to MediClinic in Herm****. First off the paid the Dr again (which i already paid cash) out of my Savings account - and then when i took it up with them they paid me from my savings as well - so they deducted the amount twice from my savings account without returning the amount that has already been paid by to the Dr. And that depleted my savings.

Now this weekend Bestmed wrongly deducted from my account and because i didn't have enough funds in my account it bounced and I had to pay the banking fees cause they messed up. Why must I be the one that have to pay cause they messed up?!

DON'T ever join BestMed - you'll struggle with everything from them - can't wait to get to the end of my term and go back to Discovery.

Really f#*&*^ useless!
