Not sure how they won the Best customer service award. They're service is shocking. Take forever to resolve queries. Promise to call back, which they don't and when you call them they'll make you hold for 30mins and more while they keep saying "I'm checking something"

Author of a Bank Recon that shows my premium for Jan is overdue when simple Maths clearly shows that it's been paid. If myself or any of my dependents happen to need medical cover...I'm coming for Bestmed. We'll meet in court.
