It is wonderful to hear from someone about a Pre-authorization Request that I submitted a whole month ago (on the 15/01/2015), <br> <br> is there really a need to forward the month old documents. I would like to however know should I send the documents to Them will this whole process take an additional month to complete or will I just get refused again. <br> <br> When I or my dependent have a life threatening problem that a qualified doctor says we need to be hospitalized for, will we have to go through a whole month or two waiting for authorization or will it be attended to as urgent (within 24hour or less).<br> <br> this has got to be the worst service i have ever received from anyone in my life.
