Complaint

Was at the ER in krugerdorp on 25 march and was admitted to hospital with a broken leg, the Dr and ER was paid out of my in hospital benefits but CT scans ect is paid out of patient benefits, why? This is leaving me now to pay more than R12000 out of my pocket ,medical aid only paid R4500 out of the R16000 for the scans, when I phone them they said that it was done before I was admitted to hospital on the 20th ,I wasn't near a hospital on the 20th and the provider also phoned bestmed to confirm the scans was done on the 25th of march, bestmed still said it is out of hospital, I was in the ER before I was send for the scans,and the ER is paid out of in hospital benefit , the scans must also be in hospital with a Co payment of R 3200,
