COMPLAIN

Good day,

I would like to complain about Bestmed Medical aid, i have been receiving calls and sms that i owe Bestmed i have send emails to the lawyers and asked if they can find out from Bestmed what do i owe them for as i did advise i have never has a medical aid with Bestmed and i also asked if they can provide with proof that it was communicated to me before if i owe them but they fail to give me that information and i feel they HARRASED, CAN I PLEASE ASK THAT PROOF MUST BE SUBMITTED AND CAN I ALSO ASK THAT YOUR LAWYERS SHOULD STOP HARRISING ME UNTIL YOU GIVE ME THE PROOF I HAVE REQUESTED FOR , IF YOU DO NOT STOP I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER HIGHER
