Claimes taking to long
<p>I have submitted 7 claims and did not received any feedback or the progress, i am a pensioner and have to pay thousands of rands to medical bills and when you try to claim back which the dr reqested you to pay the bill and claim from your medical scheme then you need to wait for your money back.</p>
