CLAIM DECLINED WITHOUT ANY REASON
I am a member of Bestmed Medical Aid, Beat 2 Network. I need to undergo an operation that has been declined by Bestmed. Despite my doctor submitting a motivational letter, the request has still been denied. I asked to speak with someone who can explain the reason for the refusal, but I was told that no one is able to provide an explanation.
