Chronic Medication Approval Nightmare
Bestmed Medical Scheme is quick to debit substantial amounts every month, but when it comes time to access the benefits you pay for, you get sent from pillar to post. Trying to get a chronic prescription approved has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. The level of service I received was disappointing, uncaring, and completely lacking in urgency or empathy. For a healthcare provider, this kind of treatment feels inhumane.
