Bills not paid

I regret moving to this medical aid cause what is the use of paying R1 483.00 p/m and still get bills that you need to pay out of your own pocket......<br> <br> They are the first medical aid that I have come across that does not pay for the sterilization of instruments that the dentist has to use to for fillings or examination. They feel that it is not nesesery to be billed for they sort of visits but only if the do a extraction.<br> <br> I did send them a mail and this was the outcome: <br> <br> Thank you for your contact with CareCross Health.<br> <br> Kindly be advised that as per our agreement with the practice procedure code 8110 can only be charged with an extraction.<br> <br> Please note that we have been in contact with the practice whom has confirmed that the fees charged for procedure code 8110 will be written off and the member will not be liable for settlement.<br> <br> This after I had paid the bill out of my pocket already.<br>
