I joined this Medical aid in Jan22 and to date, I've received the worst service ever. Firstly I still haven't received my medical aid card despite having made several calls. Secondly, they never answer their calls, you stay on the line for a long period only to get your call dropped.

24 Mar 2022, 09:55Hi Stephina. we are sorry to hear about the experience you had. it was confirmed that the cards will be couriered to you and I have escalated the matter to the distribution department for urgent attention to ensure that the cards are delivered. The issue regarding the calls cutting was referred to the client service manager and quality control department for investigation and training. Regards, Katlego
