bestmed will TAKE YOUR MONEY and NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR - ******* - WITHOLD CLIENT BENEFITS
<p>Legitimate claim from November 2016 not being dealt with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay R1399 a month, the claim value is less than 1 months premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am being threathend with a hand over to debt collectors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bestmed is making me seem like a bad payer.</p> <p> </p> <p>DON'T GET MEDICAL AID THROUGH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE *******!!!</p>

Oh NO!
This is from where the problem stems.
Justin Jacobs, was the esacalations consultant "working" on this.
He forgot, between March and last week to follow up.
In addition, he has sent forms to the doctor, which are incorrect.
How do I know this?
The doctor called and shouted at me, and called me an idiot because BESTMED sent the wrong forms.
I had been bitten by a dog, and had, had a wound taken care of.
Justin in all his wisdom sent a CHRONIC BENEFIT form to the Doctor to complete.
Dog bite wound = Chronic disorder... obviously Bestmed. Obviously.
When this was raised in an email and on calls (to several consultants) no one was willing to own the case or even make a call to the doctor to clarify with the doctor.
Do all bestmed employees get Fridays off, or is it just your collective lack of want to work that seeps through to poor service and dismissive consultants?
I'm absolutely *****ed arn't I.
I don't want a consultant to deal with this - 7 months on, I deserve a call from a manager.
Also, If you expect that I will be "CALM" after paying you what amounts to close to R10 000 over the period you haven't paid my miniscule claim, you are in for a rude awakening. And, so help you God (or whatever it is you believe in) if one more of your consultants tell me to calm down again!
