BestMed will EMBARASS you

One thing about two things, BestMed will embarrass you. I've been feeling sick for the past two months and have been delaying going to the DR because I always have a problem with these people the account for a certain DR. I eventually ended up going to the DR on Monday 20 October and yesterday I am told that the account is not going to be paid by them, I went to pharmacy later in the day and they told me the same thing.

I cannot honestly be paying a medical aid premium in full every month only to be getting partial cover from the medical aid. I also don't have money lying around for DR's bills not when I am paying for medical aid. I have more than enough savings in my medical aid available and yet you guys refuse to foot a bill of R400 and something. Please make this make sense cause to me it makes none at all.

I would like for you guys to give me a list of whatever conditions it is that I am not covered for besides the ones I already know about because this is really frustrating and also so I can tell my body not to catch any of those things because clearly that is how things work at BestMed.

This is not the first time I am going through this with you guys. You really need to better your services. If it were up to me, the company I work for would not be using BestMed as a Medical Aid cause you guys are the pits.
