Bestmed - Unacceptable service

Bestmed - clients center of there attention, what a joke!. Wrong tax certificated received for tax years, I called numerous times and still the wrong tax certificate is send. This is now day 5 and the excuse is still that their IT department needs to release my tax certificate, really? Well trained staff, yeh right, the correct tax certificate still has not been received.
