Bestmed - Unable to provide Contraceptives

One of the reasons I got this medical aid was to receive monhtly birth control. Since January 2021 I have not once been able to easily give my medical aid number and receive my pills. Everytime I get a notification saying "i have to wait for my waiting period to be excludedd" waiting period for what? The answer is Acne. Somewhere between Bestmed and Liberty Financial Advisors (they point fingers toward each other) someone made the stupid mistake of saying i need this pill for Ance and not getting pregnant. I am 24 years old for God sake! After countless calls and emails no one has been able to fix this and I am speechless that a private medical hospital scheme cannot even manage to private a 24 year old female with monthly contraceptives. Even when that pill is listed as the one I am covered for. They blame the chemist like Dischem for using the wrong codes when its their system thats down. They even REJECT my claim when I am trying to get my R240 back after having to pay it myself. This after paying nearly R4000 a month for this horrible service. I am ending my membership today. I am so so disappointed.
