Bestmed the biggest ****** of all!!

So...the grass is not always greener on the other side!!!! I left my trustworthy medical aid to join Bestmed whom were a little bit cheaper but had big promises. I went through the process of applying and filling in lengthy application forms declaring ALL illnesses and hospital stays for all family members. We were approved and 2 waiting periods were stipulated one for any ulcer treatments for myself for 1 year and the other a 1 year waiting period for any kidney related issues for my daughter. 1 month into our membership my baby started vomiting severely meds prescribed by the gp did not work and she was admitted, 1 night only. Bestmed does not want to give authorization before I get a 12month GP report, a report from the specialist who treated her in hospital and a letter from myself. I have to pay the GP and specialists for these reports plus the hospital is threatening to discard the medical aid and put the account on private. So, Bestmed...why have me declare all illnesses and hospital stays on my application impose waiting periods on certain stuff and still deny authorization...what is the point in declaring all these stuff if you would still expect me to run around and pay for medical reports because you want to make sure this was not a pre existing condition even after I have declared all our previous medical information....you will be receiving a cancellation letter asap!!!!
