BestMed suddenly doesn't pay for insulin...life threatening situation

I am a type 1 Diabetic, and apparently BestMed wants me to die. They have wonderful wellness plans and groups, but when it comes to the actual stuff they have zero support. They do not pay for my insulin, both long and short action, as the pharmacist informs me I "have insufficient funds". This is despite my treatment plan that clearly states I have Diabetes Mellitus Type 1, Hyperlipidaemia, and Hypertension. According to my treatment plan I am allowed visits at a podiatrist - apparently, I use the wrong codes? I asked them for support and to inform me which codes I must use, nothing. Today I was on the phone with BestMed to clear up the insulin issue, and the agent asked for a few minutes to look at things, and he hung up.
