Bestmed SUCKS
I wish there was a minus stars option. Absolute worst medical aid on the planet. I had a surgery scheduled for Monday and have had to cancel it because Bestmed is too useless to authorise it. It's taken days. Would never happen with another medical cover. I HATE Bestmed and will NEVER recommend anyone ever use them. Bunch of idiots
