BESTMED SERVICE - NOT A GOOD ENCOUNTER

I have enquired to Bestmed about changing from another Medical aid to them. I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me with queries. I tried to respond to their e-mail at membership, as I received confirmation from this e-mail address confirming that membership has been approved, butmy return e-mail with questions and concerns to this address was returned. After this I have been trying since Friday to get hold of the original Advisor who assisted me. I have sent several e-mails asking him to assist, but get no response. I then reverted to the online chat option which indicates that I am first in the row, but when I indicate my query an automatic answer indicates that all their operators are busy and that I have to leave my e-mail address in order for them to contact me. They have indicated the incorrect date of changing my medical aid on the application and that means that this can cause a huge problem. I urgently need to speak to someone or to get assistance!!!!!
