BESTMED SERVICE IS **********!

Its been 3 days since someone has contacted me. I urgently need to see a gynea!

They say we must call in and when i did initially call in.. the agent was extremely dismissive and practically not willing to assist me. He told me to drop an email as he had high call volumes after i had already waited on the line for so long until someone picked up the phone ( mind you, he had done the whole vetting process with me already and still insisted i send an email instead). The cheek of him to basically admit that all the info i was requesting was an inconvenience... But here i am STILL WAITING FOR THE INFORMATION.

My husband and i will definitely be considering a new medical scheme this year when the opportunity arises! Bestmed service is ALWAYS **********! Such a nightmare to deal with.

I was given this Call *** (was speaking to Morne' at around 9:15 /9:20am on April 8th) and all i want is a list of gps / gyneas / dentists and other specialists etc. that are contracted to or part of the bestmed network. BESTMED should be ashamed of themselves. Look at their reviews, Its speaks volumes! And they still give THE WORST SERVICE! WOW!
