Bestmed Service disappoints
I am so frustrated with bestmed, especially there service centre, I have sent numerous emails to them and the response received is template like, I am querying a claim for the 31st of January and for a second time i received response with regards to a claim in November, that has nothing to do with my query for January. Its like they DONT READ and just send template answers.
