My mother cancelled this medical aid and had R2000 due to her which I was told it would be refunded. Now they are telling us that they will not refund it as they used that money to pay for arrears, which arrears when she cancelled her medical aid? They refuse to rectify her medical certificate which states that she was last covered on the 1st which doesnt make sense and we are struggling to get her a new medical aid due to that. I am taking this matter up with the ombudsman because we are clearly being ****med. One of their consultants called and gave us a wrong account to top it up. Disgusted at their service
