Bestmed refuse new application until resignation from current medical aid
I have been trying since June to sign up as new member with Bestmed. Bestmed refuse to send me a letter of offer explaining what I will pay and any waiting periods or exclusions and demand I first resign from my current medical aid before they will send me an offer. I cannot resign fom my current medical aid until I have agreed to the terms for Bestmed.
