Bestmed put my life into risk

good morning

it is for the second time now bestmed refusing to use my savings to pay for my medication. 2 years back i asked bestmed to fund my chronic medication because they cant fund from the scheme. they approve to pay from my savings until this January when i go to pharmacy to collect the medication just to surprise when they told me that its not approved from bestmed ,i call bestmed to find out what make them to diss-aproove it and their answer was that they cant approve and they fail to give me further explanation on why are they not continue to pay from my savings. this will affect me as i cannot afford to pay from my pocket as am paying more on medical aid. please help me.
