Bestmed nothing best about it

<p>I went to hospital last year and apparently some of the claims were rejected due to the srervice provider charging more that their tariffs and ask the service provider to review,which the service provider didnt do.</p> <p>Know the service provider is busy after me for the money that wasd not paid,my frustration is that bestmed has many standards,if the the provider charge more than their tariffs,they sometimes pay according to their tariff and the member will settle the difference.In this case they didnt do that they use another standard they purely didnt pay the service provider and in my opinion because they asked the service provider to review the pricing as the medical aid that claims to be the best they should have made a follow up with the providerI believe am paying them to take care of such things...for me its dololo for this medical aid.Their customer care are very rude when asking for more clarity and try to show them different scenarios...VERY POOR medical aid they better change it to WORST MEDICAL AID!!!!</p>
