Bestmed not returning calls

I have called the centre to join as a new client 3 times. They say they will call me back as the company i work for has dedicated consultants.

I have been waiting 3 weeks. Looks like i will not join due to them not even taking on new clients is seen as a priority

The issue has been reported to our company ER and HR and loss of business is inevitable
