Bestmed not always best for the patient.

I am currently treating one of their patients. They have provided authorisation for us to treat his neck. However, they constantly take the treatments from his day-to-day savings and not his PMB section as they have promised, which means the patient has stopped coming for treatments as he cannot afford to pay for them out of his savings. I have emailed them several times, but they fail to respond to my emails and do not answer all my queries. I have requested that they provide me with auth to treat his back as well, but they want to refer him to the DBC clinic. When I ask them if they have a preferred provider list, they state they do not, but yet they send the patient to the DBC clinic when I am just as qualified to treat the patient. I have requested several times that they put me on their preferred provider list but do not get a response from them at all. The patient does not want to go to the DBC clinic as he has been getting good results with me, but Bestmed is not listening and ignoring both his requests and mine. Bestmed is taking patients away from highly qualified people to send them to a clinic that is not always best for the patient.
