Bestmed mistakes
You have to query everything Bestmed refuses to pay for because they make mistakes and when you query it they change their minds and suddenly they do pay for it.

03 Jun 2026, 13:48I did send my query to ***. They had to apologize that they had given me the wrong information regarding my claim and they blamed it on a system error. Now I can no longer trust that any claim will be processed correctly. You may as well get rid of all your people and use AI to process all your claims. There is no humanity left or a sense or caring for people.
