Bestmed Membership card Quiry

Good day

I would like to know what is the crateria of a bestmed member to obtain a member ship card? Or it’s the only certain one's who are special to have or receive one. Im asking because it’s almost a year now sill waiting to receive my membership card and i've called numerous times now enquiring about this.

The last time I called customer care I was told that the have resend the card and it will take +/- two weeks but still nothing yet. I made attempts on writting e-mails and on the last e-mail i spoke to one of the consultants on the 23 July 2020 08:35 PM on Ticket no: ECBB1195F7606.

The last respond from the one of the consultant was to provide them with an address where membership cards can be couriered to, and that was send but till up to today i'm still waiting. Each and every time is the same excuse of covid-19 but funny enouth is that the courier ccompanies have been working all a long are declered as esensial services.

So i would like to know how long must i wait or must i forget about so called membership card or should i come collect it my self?
