Bestmed Medical Scheme Sucks
<p>I have been trying since Feb 13, 2017 to get a quote for a hospital plan for my mother. She is a pensioner and recently widowed. I have complete form on form. Was messed about as the employees at Bestmed do not have a clue to what they are doing. My name is typed at the end of all my emails and they still spell it wrong. 13 Feb - 4 July 2017 various emails every month still either no reply andjust Ticket numbers but no reply. If you call you will hold on for 45 min or longer before your call is answered. Wrong info given and again and again</p>
