Bestmed medical aid ripoff.

Bestmed will pay for an electrocardiogram but they will not pay for the sticker things that they have to stick to your body. they will only cover these from vested savings which are savings from the previous year, if you have available. I think this is petty and just shows what lengths this medical aid will go to maximise their profits.

They end all their communication with their customers with the following: "Thank you for your support in our quest to provide you with the BEST service and most satisfying client experiences. Your wellbeing, as a valued client of the Scheme, is important to all of us at Bestmed."

A very important part of my wellbeing is financial security. I don't have this with ************ and greedy medical aids like this.
