Bestmed medical aid is a ****

Ntombi Rikhotso i found out that i am pregnant and been a month on the medical aid to my surprise i was pregnant and i thought i could never get pregnant. all dr notes ect to show them I didn’t know at all medical aid turned around and excluded me for 9 months for any pregnancy related and now i have to give birth at a public hospital. The communication from bestmed sucks they send you emails and when you phone in the consultant cant give you any explanation. Very disappointed they wil make any excuse not to pay at the end of it all after i paid this months premium they sent me an email they cancelled my membership due to non disclosure. Medical aid such as bestmed is such a **** and ******
