Bestmed label me a ****
Was admitted to hospital Wednesday afternoon, pre authorizations at Best med already closed.
After being discharged this morning, the hospital informs me I Bestmed is not authorizing as it might be an existing condition.
Attempting to call Thea a Bestmed her I was assisted by a colleague of hers, explaining what happened and that I have not ever been diagnosed or treated for a heart condition, the response i receive is "That is you version of the story" so now I am being labelled a ****?
Seems like Bestmed is only happy when they can collect money, the moment you really need help Bestmed seems to be useless and will look for any excuse not to pay.
But the fact that I am being labelled a **** but them insinuating I did not declare this on my form when applying is appalling to say the least!
