Bestmed is worstmed

Dear reader

I was excited to join Bestmed, only to find out that they are the most difficult to reach company yet. I was abroad and submitted mt of March. Prior to this I was abroad, and had to wait for my prior membership certificate, so I couldn't submit my application earlier.

They are now not willing to accommodate me for the month of April eventhough o am willing to immediately pay my fees for April. Am I supposed just remain without medical aid for a month because they aren't able to administrate my case and assist me!
