Bestmed is wicked
Bestmed is cheating me of my money, I'm an area payer, last month in June I was paying and sending them proof of payment as I'm a direct payer, then they lifted a suspension. I was admitted in hospital and they granted authorization for that admissions. Now I just paid R4300 this afternoon, I then called them so that they will allocate the payment, now they say Im owing month of May, I'm so heartbroken because I was not waiting for this. They are now cheating me of the contribution I made long time ago. One of their employees named Keegan dropped my call and ran out, because everything is here. My cellphone number is ***
