Bestmed is the Worstmed

Bestmed is the worst Med ever. I was given an authorization code for a procedure that would help me to recover, had the best service in terms of getting the code, however, now I received a bill from the hospital and Worstmed has advised without proper care to fix the rejection issue they just rejected it. And I need to fog the bill. We don't have R39k to get this sorted. We don't know the terminology of the rejection, we never had issues like this with Momentum or Discovery once a claim has been authorized.
