Bestmed is the WORST and SHOULD NEVER be recommended to anyone!!!! They apparently know better than doctors!!!

I had to undergo an emergency PMB procedure for which Bestmed declined the authorisation!!!!! I was told that they only needed to investigate that I haven't had prior issues relating to this condition, and after proof from various doctors and ultrasounds that it was an emergency and that there was NO prior issues.... They declined authorisation because their medical advisor felt the procedure could have been done differently. What is this????? Who is the doctor than????? Bestmed or the actual surgeon who has been practicing for more than 30 years? I will NOT accept this!!!
