BESTMED IS MY LIFE SAVER!

Bestmed is Best! Membership nr : *** I was just short of a few days ago, diagnosed with an overnight and complete unforseen condition that requires neck surgery. Because I have only been on Bestmed for a few months, I was required to obtain all the additional documentation i.e. affidavits and reports, etc. Yes at the time it seemed a tedious process, but in all fairness to Bestmed, this is a standard protocol if one has only recently just joined ANY MEDICAL AID. Bestmed ensured a response on my request for authorization within 2 - 3 working days. And they certainly delivered their promise!
